Kegerator door seal has a hole.

When our friends moved they didn't want their Kegerator so we took it but for some reason they cut a hold in the door seal (I think to run the co line or something) and now condensation forms inside and leaks out on the floor so I need to fix it. Any thoughts without buying a new one for $50? Here's a shot of the hole.

If it were me, I'd try a little electrical tape and see what happens.
