Keg with attached gas side dip tube?

Hey guys, got some used pin lock kegs recently and one of them doesn't have a dip tube on the gas side.

There is a flared out lip that holds a small o-ring in place like a dip tube, but its part of what the post screws on to. I can't feel anything inside of the keg where a tube would be.

The threads just have a small lip to hold an o-ring where a dip tube should slide in.

Anyone ever see anything like this?

Never seen one - or even read of one, for that matter - but it sounds like an ideal gas port to me as you can probably fit another two quarts of beer in that keg

The only thing restricting the fill level now is the PRV in the lid...
