Oh boy I really screwed up here and I am not too sure if I can fix it. I have a tart cherry ale that I kegged and I needed to bottle it for my sister-in-laws birthday. I kegged it three days ago and charged it with CO2 at 12PSI. I bled the keg and after tapping a little last night I have carbonation but just a little. I now need to bottle this but do not know if I will need to use any priming sugar and if I do how much? Will this skunk the beer? Will I ruin the batch?

Crank it up to 30psi for 12 hous, check the carbonation. Repeat as needed.

I do all my batches at 30 psi for 36 hours and then lower them to desired serving pressures. Works a charm. no shaking or anything else needed.

Once it's where you want it in a day or so, bottle from the keg in the usual way. I got my BMBF and it works great.
