I have two kegs of different NEIPA's in my kegerator. I want to send some bottles to a friend. I have a Blichmann beer gun.
Keg #1 is fully carbed and at peak flavor. It's good to go.
Keg #2 was force carbed four days ago @ 30PSI and now is at serving pressure but not quite fully carbed.
My question is will the Blichmann gun give enough CO2 to the #2 bottles to carb them over time if I tell my friend to set them aside? Or should I throw a carb tablet in the bottles?
I've never used carb tablets before. Will they blow the bottles?
