Hello Home Brewers,
I was wondering if anyone has played around with the idea of individual or zoned temperature control of their kegs inside a keezer. I was thinking about using a small heating pad wrapped around the keg and insulation over the top on a separate temp controller. The keg wouldn't require very much heat to raise it the 5 or so degrees necessary for warmer beer serving temps (stouts, english ales, ect.). The only issue I could see running in to would be the possibility of overworking your freezer compressor due to heat transfer through the insulation on the keg. Any thoughts or input?
Thanks,
Kevin
