Hello dear forum!
Sorry if this has been discussed before but for some reason I can't find anything related to my problem and for the first time in years of brewing I can't Google my way out.
I'm carbonating in a Sabco brite with a carb stone. I have a dirty gauge attached to the gas line to check for head pressure while injecting gas through the stone.
The problem is that the keg pressure gauge reads 13 psi, but the Co2 regulator goes all the way to abour 25 psi.
The stone wetting pressure is around 4 psi, which means I'm getting 21 psi of pressure according to the regulator.
What is the real pressure inside the keg and the one I should use to carbonate?
I have checked for faulty equipment, checked with 2 different regulators and 2 different dirty gauges and the result is the same.
Thanks in advance!
