Keg pours slow and flat

I kegged two kegs of Imperial Stout three weeks ago.

One I carbed quickly by bouncing on a exercise ball at 30 psi.

The other keg just sat at serving pressure (12 PSI). That keg pours slow and flat.

I swapped taps and the problem is the keg.

I suspect the universal ball lock poppet on the liquid side... maybe the gas side?

What do I do, release the pressure and swap out the poppets?
 
If you have more poppets go ahead and try swapping. You may be able to find the problem just by inspecting. I had one that the little legs were bent so it did not sit on top of the tube correctly.
 
Fixed!

I removed the universal poppet from the liquid out side and installed a standard one.

This is what I pulled out:
