Keg/Fermenter storage

First I live in an apartment and second I know little about beer storage.

I'm looking for a one shot solution for storing a fermenter and a 5 gallon keg. Is there a mini fridge that'll cut it or am I forced to use a large full size refrigerator?

It will be hard to store your fermenter and kegs in the same fridge unless you are doing lagers. If you are only doing 1 beer at a time you would be ok with a tall mini fridge. Search the forums for fermentation chamber and you will find lots of examples.
