I have a nugget nectar clone in keg right now. I force carbed it about a week ago and it has been sitting in the fridge. Carbonation is good but I think the beer could use a few more weeks aging and I know it will age faster at room temp. Should I just let the keg continue to age in the fridge or pull it out and age at room temp. Are there any possible negative effects of letting the beer come back up to room temp after force carbonating?
