This year Ive added a double keg system to my "baby brewhouse". Ive got two beers I want to put on tap in the next few weeks.
First beer - an English Mild at about 1.037. On friday I will be done with two weeks in primary and I plan on tossing it right in the keg and force carbing to drink next week.
2nd beer - is a Dead Guy clone at around 1.066. Its been in primary for about 10 days. Instead of moving to a secondary I was just going to toss it the keg and let it sit for a few weeks, then force carb (essentially skipping secondary and using the keg).
Any holes in my plan? The goal was to get a nice session beer on tap ASAP and then get a favorite of mine in the other. These will be the first two beers I keg.
