I live in the uk where it impossible to get the external thermostat for a keezer conversion. We do have the reptile thermostats that do the same job. Would one of these be okay?

You just need something that will cut power at a programmed low temp and return power at a programmed high temp. If the reptile thermostat will do that it should work.
