Keezer Circulation fan: Always on, or Only When Serving?

I've currently got a fan rigged in my keggerator to one when the fridge unit comes on. It blows accross the coils from bottom up, hopefully helping to circulate the air in the chamber. I also rigged a switch so I could keep it always on when I want to be serving so the lines don't get warm and cause foaming.

Recently, I thought this might not work as well as I want. If the lines warm during the day, and CO2 escapes causing foam in the lines, flipping the switch to circulate air and cool the lines in the evening won't solve the problem if they're already full of foam. Do most of you leave the circulation fan on all the time?

I'm thinking I'll just rewire it to always one. This is the fan I have. Look sufficient?

Dual ball bearings with a life rating of 50K hrs is a good fan.
