I had to tear down my keeper last year to accommodate a side of beef. Won't do that again. Anyway I am getting ready to rebuild and I know I want to do some things different. The biggest one is I have decided to put mt co2 tank inside and I am considering secondary regs to control the carbonation to each keg. I want to see if it makes difference
