Today I used a counterflow chiller with a wort wizard for the first time. No immersion chiller no ice baths no stirring etc, it was pretty wild to see how much suction the wort wizard pulled on the carboy. The counter flow was very efficient but the tap water is pretty cold this time of the year. I also used a homemade hop taco and using over 4oz pellet hops I was able to only leave about 1cup of wert, or wort in my kettle. Its in the fermentation fridge now, my back is not hurt and I started at 12pm and pitched the yeast at 4pm....Not sure if thats good, I am not sure how long it takes others to make 5 all grain gallons.
