I have been lurking in the shadows for awhile and thought that I should become a member. A little about myself, I am a retired maritime engineer and have been brewing off and on since the early 90's. Although things have changed as far far a technics, brewing still comes down to how you want to accomplish what you are trying to brew. And of course how well the beer tastes! Cheers!
