just want to say hi to all from the Uk , I started my own micro brewery circa 2 years ago
I only mash from Grains and so far have had some great results .. some of it is too good to offer to friends , I leave the so called 2nd class for them , there like dogs there drink anything.
but just a couple of questions.
1 - as I make most of the time pale type ales , why do I pick up some under lying heavy after tastes, its like a beer metallic - difficult to describe ! and its only now and again !
am I being to picky ! , and expect it to be smoother ..
2- I keg all my beer into 5lt kegs , done away with bottles to much aggravation . what's would you recommend as a keg day to drink ! currently im working on 4 weeks - should it be longer ?
