even though I missed the mark for my OG somehow, hit my fg perfectly at 1.016... The recipe wanted me to add cinnamon and ginger to secondary for a week, but I decided to skip that because I wanted something that would be drinkable a bit sooner (ginger takes a while to mellow out so i've been told) but the overall flavor of the beer seems really nice, a lightly spiced belgian basically. its had 14 days in primary at 70*, any reason I can't go ahead and bottle? and how much sugar should i add? was honestly planning on using straight up white table sugar. and i forget, should i boil the sugar with some water or something first?
