I started brewing in my aprtment and stopped for a year built a house with a brew room. Well i did my first brew and forgot my yeast for a day then couldnt get the room it was in to get to temp. so built a little one and after three days i got it to bubble. should i be ok?

It takes time for fermentation to start, three days is quite a bit longer than the usual, but it's not too long either. Yeast quality and preparation go a long way to having fermentation start much sooner than three days, sometimes within a few hours. To prep dry yeast, rehydrate it. There are threads on here how to do it, or the manufacturers website usually has some directions. To prep liquid yeast and increase the number of yeast, a starter is recommended.
