Just opened the first few bottles of our latest beer...

I've been brewing extract for a few beers, recently switching to all grain. All in total I'd say I've brewed 6-7 extract beers with middling results. Not all that much. We opened our Kolsch (our first all grain beer) and... It's so good.

After almost 3 years of brewing this is the first time I'm honestly proud of the beer we made. It missed the FG by a little and isn't the clearest beer ever but... We've drank 4-5 and I'm already worrying about the time when we finally run out.

I know you all have been there. Feels good man.

Mine have all come out pretty good,save for one or two infected or otherwise messed up. But going to pb/pm biab took my beers to a better place as well. But I still do E/SG sometimes too. They're coming out better now that I've gotten good at mashing.
