I was following my Dry yeat instructions... and was getting the water to 90F it was suppose to be in 4oz of water... I made the mistake of adding the dry yeast to 16oz instead. dont ask why... but i was curious will it effect the yeast in 16oz any differently than the 4 oz i was suppose to do on the package....?

ok thanks every time i try to make the perfect beer i mess up haha

There is no perfect brewing session. Just some are noticeably better than others.

Ahh yes but sometimes those "mistakes" can be noticeably better in a good way.

I write down everything, everything! Besides years from now someone may read it and get a kick out of my drunken ramblings.

Agreed. You may stumble into something great, or worst case you know for the next time. There is always another batch.
