Just got my GrowlerWerks UKeg 64oz. This thing was made as a convenient dispensing growler but I think it will take off in the home brewing community. Awesome way to carry your home brew around with you to share.
I was sold with the fact that it is double walled stainless, so it keeps your beer cold when your outside with out having to lug a cooler around. The next thing that sealed the deal was that it uses 8gr CO2 cartridges to keep your beer carbonated without oxidation and dispensed using a cool looking brass faucet.
I have put a gallon through it so far and I am not in anyway disappointed with my purchase, I will keep you guys apprised of durability.

Picture is BB Extract WitBier with orange and coriander I made for my wife being served.

It's as cute as a button, no argument from me there.
And probably works as well as you indicate.

But I suspect $140+S&H for four beers will soundly throttle potential sales...

Cheers!

I paid $129 but had to wait a year, wife was skeptical if I was even gonna get it.
Definitely a want not a need!

Looks awesome. I can't wait for my damn juggernaut kegulator cap to finally arrive...

Yeah I looked at those after I ordered my UKeg. Very cool! It looks like it will be tougher and better for outdoor activities. The UKeg is more of a bring to a BYOB restaurant or a friends house or picnic.

Yeah if I had known the Kickstarter would be this long and drawn out I might have swung to the UKeg side. Both great choices...

Glad to hear you received yours. I backed the Kickstarter in 2014 because it looked like a great Idea...
Still waiting for the 64oz growlers I ordered, I have given up on the 124oz one I ordered.

Unfortunately there are still many other backers who have still not received theirs, Yet Growlerwerks Web Site is selling them stating that they are in stock. Now MoreBeer, BevMo, Home-brew.com, and an Amazon store have them in stock and are selling. It is sad to see a company raise 1.5 million and not fulfill the backer orders before selling in-mass to retailers. One of the many risks of Kickstarter is that you are not guaranteed your "Perk" because the company may fail, I never thought I would not receive my Growler because they succeeded.

Growlerwerks has not responded to the countless emails and posts to the kickstarter page, crappy customer service.

Yet when MoreBeer was notified today that Growlerwerks has not fulfilled backers they responded immediately stating that they were sorry. I like MoreBeer, they have always been prompt.

"Hello
Thank you for the email. We were not aware of this until dozens of emails like your came in this morning. We are contacting uKeg to get this resolved. We are sorry for any inconvenience but please understand that we were not aware of the issue, and if we were would not have brought the item in at this time.
