I am going to do a 2 gal "Cereal" batch.

Just for fun, I found a recipe for a "Multi Grain Mosaic IPA"

So I'm going to tweek the grain bill for a 2 gal brew, but still use the Mosaic hops.

My grain bill will be,
1# Grape nuts
1# Corn flakes
1# Shredded wheat
1# Cheerios
1# Rice crispies

Mash
8 qts @150° for 60 mins
4 qts batch sparge @170°

Hops
1 oz Mosaic 60min
1 oz Mosaic 15min
1 oz Mosaic Flameout

Yeast
WLP041
 
Are there actually any enzymes in there for conversion? Or does it just dissolve all the sugar from the cereal? Interested to see how this turns out.
 
It looks like I'll have to adjust my Mash and Sparge temps.

Mash strike temp is 145°,
Sparge temp is 155°
 
Yeah, this is not going to convert at all. Maybe 3 lbs of 6-row? And you’ll need to do a cereal mash and then cool to mash temps before you add the malt.
 
Are you going to add any grain to the mash? I would strongly recommend doing that. 6-row, pilsner, and 2-row would all be acceptable.

I am not sure you would need to do a cereal mash, cereal is extruded and I believe it would behave similarly to flaked adjuncts. The shredded wheat is probably the exception. If you haven't already purchased the cereal substituting puffed wheat should work a lot better. I think a lot of grocery stores sell it in 2 lb. cereal bags for pretty cheap.
