NOTES:
The best way I can explain a beer with Galaxy hops: very juicy. The rye gives this beer a distinct character and plays nicely with the Galaxy, although the hops would shine much more if the body were lighter. Still, it's an easy-drinker and great on a hot day.

Brewed yesterday, wort chiller broke so I had to do a no chill and just let it sit in the bucket till this morning. Pitched wheats 1332 missed oh my 5

Transferred to the keg this afternoon will hopefully be pulling a sample in a few days. This thing smells awesome, had a very small taste as i dont care for un-fermented beer. Seems like its going to be a winner, dont think that i will be able to replicate it again but it will be a beer that stays in ration in some form, bright color, hazy, just all around a awesome looking beer.

Final product. Pretty happy with it, would brew again but up the amount of galaxy and make it late in the boil.
