All,

I have a batch of JAO I am liking. I am also wanting to do two things to it and want your advice.

1. I want to keg it and carb it slightly. I love the citrus flavor and want to show it off a bit more with the fizz.

2. I want to stabilize this with sorbate and sulphate then sweeten it a bit. How much of each should I add? I am thinking one teaspoon of each, but want some of your thoughts. This is a 5 gallon batch

Just thoughts I am having. Let me hear yours

Sean

I've thought about carbing it. I just bottled my first 1G batch last night and drank the half bottle I had after filling 9. I would not want this stuff any sweeter!
