hi, my recipe is.

10 lb pilsner
2 lb flaked rice

wyeast 2112 california lager
5.5 l starter
hops

sorachi ace 1/2 oz 60min
sorachi ace 1/4 oz 15 min
saaz 1/4 oz 0 min

OG = 1.052
IBU = 25
ABV = 5.3.
 
i cant find rice flakes here in vancouver, could i use regular japanese rice cooked? what ratio compared to rice flakes? thank you very much
 
Crush the rice.
Rest at 154°f for 30 minutes with ten percent of your base grain.
Boil for 20 to thirty minutes.
