Good condition. A soak in Star San will remove the build-up. For the record though, it's nothing to worry about. See pictures for sizing. Great for 5gal & smaller batches. This thing is a beast. Will bring your beer to within 5 degrees of ground water temperature in under 10 minutes. And with winter water temps or a running a recirculation w/ ice water, you can get down to lager temps in the same time.
