Going to be doing a Nut Brown for my first all grain. Test run last night....able to get 6 gallons of water boiling on a ceramic stove top in 59 minutes.

That's impressive for a ceramic stove. My ceramic stovetop takes about 30 min to bring 2 gallons to a boil.
