Anyone else brewing today? Post your recipe and brewhouse!

I'm rebrewing the best beer I've ever brewed - Schönramer Pils.
LODO techniques, step mash with single decoction, mash and boil pH control, cold ferment in conical, spund while lagering. Split batch using WLP835 to see if I like it (WY2308 is my house lager strain).

Prost!

I'm sitting on the couch, trying to decide if I'm gonna. I brew outside, an the temp right now is in the upper 30s, and won't get higher than 42F. I don't mind brewing in the cold, it's the cleanup and all that splashing water that gives me pause. I'm planning on a batch of Jamil's Ol' Yule Loggy from Brewing Classic Styles.

That looks delicious. Hope you brew it. Nice looking setup too. I like the custom power handling in the box.
I did it. First time doing a big beer (20+ lbs of grain!). I had some trouble recirculating through the HERMS coil. I couldn't figure out why it stopped pulling wort, then start again. Then I looked at the sight glass and saw the level drop everytime I would start it up again. The wort couldn't run through the grain bed fast enough. Once I slowed things down, no problem.
