Nottingham is awesome. I had a brew that fermentation just wasn't happening with after a few days. The starter didn't start it seems so I pitched in a pack of notty yeast. Airlock was bubbling under 6 hours. So my pacman harvest didn't quite turn out as I thought it would, but I am glad to have some nottingham on hand.

I tried to pick some up from my LHBS the other day and they were out. The lady said they haven't had any for 3 months! I was going to order some online, but apparently AHS is out of it too! If you have some on hand right now, consider yourself lucky.
