I have found a few online, but they vary wildly and the ones on YouTube are in Italian (I know). Has anyone tried this or have ideas or recommendations?

I mean, it seems like grapes, sugar, rice and malt cooled and fermented. So... If nothing comes of it, I'll try to ended my numbers into a calculator and figure something out.

Thanks.

The beers I've had from breweries that make these styles are kinda all over the map. The grapes will thin out the beer so you don't need to add additional sugar unless you want a really thin beer. If you want to make something light and wine-like you could do a basic pilsner recipe with the grapes.
