So, it’s been almost two years since my last brew day. I never used to understood how people would talk about “not having time” to brew. Now i get it.

I’m going to do a double batch of a stout. Half I’m going to leave alone and the other half I’m going to add into a whiskey 3 year old whiskey barrel.

Now the barrel has been sitting for 3 years. I was going to soak the outside in starsan and the inside with water whiskey mix, so it would swell back up.

Any suggestions, comments, opinions will be welcomed.
