I'm not sure where I had to post this, so sorry if its in the wrong subject. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? And is it still safe to drink? It doesn't clump together and when I rubbed it between my fingers it made a paste like consistency. Thanks. http://imgur.com/6itax6b

Lacto creates a soapy film and large bubbles. That looks like yeast rafts to me. Should be perfectly fine.

Yeah, yeast floaters. But if you look at lactobacillus under a microscope, they have a rod shape like that. I was just making an interesting observation.
