Is my regulator working OK

Hi from Argentina.

I have a Premium regulator by Micromatic and I'm having a problem (I think).

For example:

I have 20 psi on the low pressure gauge (with the hose going to a ball lock corny keg)
Then, I release pressure on the regulator to zero (turning the adjusting screw anti-clockwise) and the pressure goes down. I mean, the pressure on the corny keg goes down to zero, too.

Is it normal? or should it stay the same?

I''ve seen some videos and other regulators just stay the same. I'm afraid I have a faulty unit or something like that.

I've been reading a lot and have found that that "relieving regulators" exist.

So.. is the micromatic premium a relieving regulator? I've sent an email to them, but no answers yet.
