Is my kombucha culture/health?

Sorry for the begginers question however my second batch looked a bit weird (at least from my perspective) and would be great to have some insights and confirmations about if it is health to drink or what i shouldlearn from it.

The top of t he kulture have some bubles or something different this time and the initial culture is on the bottomn as with it was dead. I did wait for the team to get cold (i boiled all the water from the batch). From what i have read this could be the case and yeah, could be that was not cold enough (i could hand it with my hands, but probably was 30+ degrees celsius, +86F)
