Just a guess. Add less coffeemate to your "brew" and you'll avoid this in the future.

I'm going to say a couple tablespoons of coffee grinds, some hot water, and some sort of creamer. It looks like Coffeemate.

Ecch, I find big-name places sparge their coffee too hot, extracting too many polyphenols. And they don't do anything about channelling! Much better to do it at home.
