Hey im making my first lager, and dont know if Its done fermenting. Its over 3 weeks at 50f now and Its on 1010 today, bur there is still activités in the air lock? But the CO2 lever is High, i Can see that ind my samples, is it time for cold lager? I cant taste any diacetyl atm. Eighter...
