I tend to use -9º F as my bottom limit for brewing, but on Sunday it got all the way up to almost 32º F! That was bliss! I can't wait for spring.

It's snowing like crazy right now, but it was gorgeous (relatively speaking) on Sunday, so I was able to brew. It's amazing how much happier I am post-brewing... and only two and a half weeks until Marzenbrau!

Yep, it's all relative. We were expecting a starting temp of 23F on our last brew day with a high of 33F and it started at 28F, getting up to low 40s by the end so I was pleased.
