Is Flaked Barley the same as 'Rolled' Barley

I bought some 'Rolled' Barley at my local natural food store today. I am wondering if 'Rolled' is the same thing as Flaked Barley. It looks similar to the flaked oats they have there. Just wondering if these two terms are interchangeable or if its something entirely different.
