I'm in the process of building a keezer. I'm new to kegging and I'm trying to decide if I want to buy a secondary regulator or a distributor. I'm leaning towards a secondary because I want to be able to serve a hefe and a porter at the same time on different pressures. How important is it to have a secondary? Or could I just get by with a dual primary? Pretty sure I want at least two for serving and carbing/soda. I realize a lot of this is preference but what do you all think?

I like having two. Mainly cause I force carb so it allows me to serve beer while I'm carbing the other keg. I also use it for the same reason you stated, being able to serve two beers at two different pressures.
