Is a 12" domed false bottom enough for 30 gallons?

I can get a generic 30 gallon stainless mash pot for cheap, but then what to do about a false bottom. Being in Canada, shipping and duty are big costs, often more than the custom false bottoms themselves... but I can get a 12" domed one, with a 1/2" dome height cheaply.

Anyone know of a bigger domed FB available in Canada?
