I am new to brewing we only have 1 batch done and one carbonating. We are looking to do a Red Ale now. I found this on beersmith.com and it is only a 2.25 gal batch. What I want to know if we want to make a 5 (5.5) gallon batch I can just double everything in this recipe below right? This may be a dumb question but I just want to confirm before I do it.
Thanks in advance,
