5 days and as of yesterday the airlock stopped. I know that doesn't mean much, but after reading about Munton's yeast I got nervous. It smells like beer and doesn't taste all that awful, but I decided to add 1lb of natural organic honey from a local farmer. Should I add another packet of the yeast? I have one from another kit I purchased (Sierra Nevada Clone) that I am going to get a different type of yeast now before I brew.

Why are you thinking about adding another thing of yeast...because the airlock stopped bubbling? For what you wrote, it sounds like you know that airlock bubbling doesn't really tell you much. If the gravity keeps creeping down to where the FG should be, I wouldn't worry about adding yeast. If you gravity hasn't moved since you took the OG, then you would probably want to pitch another thing of yeast to get fermentation going. But from the sounds of it, it seems like you had a good fermentation and now the yeast will start cleaning up the mess after the party.

I guess reading too much on the internet will freak you out, and make you become a helicopter brewer. Thanks h22lude.
