Been brewing NEIPA recipes with London Ale III for years. Just found that my new pack was punctured and leaked out. So, I’m going to use WYEAST 1084 Irish Ale instead (the only other yeast on hand). I know this strain can sometimes throw some diacetyl so I’ll adjust for that.

The starter is going now so I’m trying it no matter what at this point but has anyone had any experience using this yeast in a NEIPA?
