How long will an IPA last before the hoppiness starts to dissipate?

The bitterness in an IPA is of of the last things to go, but the flavor and aroma additions start to dissipate much more quickly. I would say that by 8-10 months you will start to see the flavor and aroma starting to become less pronounced.
