Making an IPA. It has only been in the fermenter 10 days. OG was 1.066 and it is now 1.012. I live in Los Angeles and it has been a little warm. I was considering dry hopping for 10 days now. Is that too soon? I am using the primary only method and then I intend to keg and let it sit in the keg under carbonation for a week.
Should I wait longer before I dry hop?
The sample I tasted from the hydrometer was amazing :)

Thanks,
Jason

Everybody has their own method and timetable for dry hopping it seems - I usually do two weeks in primary and then rack to dry hop for a week and then bottle. Can't say for certain but the way I understand it leaving it on the dry hops for more than 10 days or so can lend itself to the grassy flavors mentioned.
