Morning. I recently kegged a NEIPA that has a pretty bad yeasty taste. I fermenter it at room temp for about 11 days. I keggged it on Thursday and tasted it this AM (hair of the dog) and it has a strong yeasty taste. I am getting no sediment in the glass

I’m wondering if I add some sort of fruit or fruits purée to it is it will give it some
More flavor. I would say it’s 80 percent carbonated. Any ideas to save a 5 gallons batch ?
I’ve attached my recipe

What yeast did you use ? Maybe it needs a tab bit of time . 11 days is young in my book . I always leave in the FV for 3 weeks . Allowing it time to clean up.

That's known to be a slow flocculating yeast strain. I would give it more cold time before messing with it to try to "improve" it...

Cheers!
