Hey All,
Long time lurker, first time poster here...
Am looking to build a fermenter/kegerator out of a side by side fridge.
I have seen a good few threads on builds (which were great). My concern is the cycling of the compressor.
Surely if we run a freezer at fridge temps, the compressor isn't going to have to work very hard, but won't there be an issue with it cycling on/off too frequently and thus shortening it's life?
Has anyone had any success with using an inverter compressor based fridge? Or are these too complicated to add the love/stc1000 temp sensors to?
Would appreciate your thoughts/advice.
Cheers,
James
