Does anyone know how I can determine how many gravity points my homeade invert sugar will add to the wort?

I'm sure there is a way to calculate it, but the simplest way would be do do pre & post add measurements. If you need to know for a recipe, just create a small starter with a measured amount of DME and take a reading and create the same size starter with the same measured amount of your sugar. Your pre measure and the post combine measure will give you a good estimate that you can size up for your recipe.

All sugars will add 46 ppg/lb. (= 9 points per pound in 5 gallons). If your inversion is 100%, all of it should ferment.
