Just re-organized and took inventory after two batches this weekend!

Raw Materials

Whole Hops:
Sorachi (14%) ~1.75 oz
Perle (4%) 0.8 oz
Fuggle (6%) 2 oz
Northern Brewer (8%) 4 oz
East Kent Golding (5.2%) ~4 oz
Hallertau (4.1%) 3 oz

Pellet Hops:
Fuggle (4.5%) ~2 oz
Tettnanger (4%) 4 oz
Magnum (13.1%) 1 oz
Galena (13.1%) ~1 oz
Hallertau (3.7%) ~2 oz

Malto Dextrin: ~4 oz
Corn Sugar: ~2 lb
Wheat DME: ~2 lb
Light LME: 6 lb
Pilsner DME: ~2.5 lb
Honey: ~0.25 lb
Wheat LME: ~7 lb
Munich Malt: 0.5 lb

Looks like i need to get some partial mash batches rolling! I think i'll enjoy a clean kitchen until next weekend, though.

nice ones. how big is that flask you have pictured and how much was it? i need to get something bigger now that i'm on my way to 10 gal batches.
 
that is a 2L flask. I also have two 1L flasks. I use the 2L when i step them up for big batches using liquid yeast.

i've got a pretty good stock of fermenters going, too. i may not brew until next weekend...BUT i do have two 5 gallon carboys that are sitting empty. maybe i'll make my first batch of apfelwein this week :)
 
i have even more hops now, but it's a HUGE variety...some weird stuff i've never tried before...my recipes are about to get interesting! i think it's time for some belgians ;)
