Inventory List to Keg

So I keep kicking around the idea of kegging. But when I look at magzines and websites I get overwhelmed with the valves and hoses and tanks and etc.

Can anyone point towards a way of knowing just what I would need to get?

I know this is a vague question but any help would be great

kegconnection.com. They can personalize a kit for you if they do not have one set up the way you want it, but it is really way more basic then it seems. The basic idea is CO2 tank (gas pressure), liquid container (keg) and dispenser (faucet). There is one hose to each keg that keeps the keg at pressure, one hose on each keg to release the liquid. Pull the handle and fill the glass.

Yeah if you are overwhelmed/not handy then just have any of the reputable outfits do it for you. You will pay a bit more but not that much more and you will save time that you can put to better use. Montanaandy

yeah, get a kit that's already put together for you. when it's time to rack from secondary, just condition the keg as if it's a giant bottle. wait 2-3 weeks just like for bottled beer, hook up your co2, and enjoy. nothing to worry about, after you get comfortable with the keg it won't be so intimidating.
